Dion completed his Masters of Applied Statistics from Colorado State University in 2016. He also graduated from Princeton University in 2010 with a BA in Politics and a certificate in Russian and Eurasian Studies. He completed his senior thesis discussing the differences in the origins of indigenous rights in Russia and North America. Dion is excited to bring sophisticated statistical analytic techniques to Bubar and Hall. He has been working with Bubar and Hall since 2013.
