We are Bubar & Hall Consulting, LLC, a consulting firm based out of Fort Collins, Colorado and New Town, North Dakota. We have extensive professional experience working with a wide range of stakeholders in supporting tribal self-determination and engagement, primarily in strategic planning and cultural resource management. Our expertise in data analytics and business intelligence compliments the public engagement process and allows us to present complex issues for public input and action by administrative and elected officials.  In the transportation sector our focus is on supporting tribal capacity building through effective collaboration, cooperation, and communication between tribal transportation stakeholders and federal, state, and local agencies. We have served as facilitators, trainers and consultants for a number of statewide transportation initiatives involving tribal governments.
